Necessities for claiming a refund:

• All information and documents must be provided for the lower priced offer.
• The documents include, but are not limited to, departure and arrival dates, location and time, flight fares, chosen airlines, class, complete cancellation policy, category of hotel room, hotel price, and car rental policy, etc.

The refund amount you will receive is contingent on numerous variables. For example, tickets that are partially traveled will be calculated at a prorated amount based on the rules of the ticket purchased and segments traveled. Credit card refunds will be processed within seven business days of the request. All other refunds will be processed within 20 business days of the request.
